Recommendation Procedures

Please follow the standard guidelines below when recommending books to be added to the University Library's collection:

STEP 1

Fill-out the Form

Faculty members will fill-out the Book Recommendation Form embedded below with complete book specifications.

STEP 2

Standard Procurement

Procurement of recommended books will proceed through the library's standard acquisition and cataloging procedure.

STEP 3

Faculty Notification

The Circulation Librarian will notify the faculty by disseminating letters regarding the availability of newly acquired books.
